How does payment work?

When you place an order, payment is captured and held in Escrow. Funds are only released to the freelancer after you review and approve the delivered work. If you're not satisfied, you can request revisions or open a dispute.

Is my money safe?

Yes. All payments are protected by our Escrow system — your money is never sent to the freelancer until you approve the delivery. In case of a dispute, our team reviews the case and mediates a fair resolution.

How do I hire a freelancer?

Three ways: (1) Browse Services and order a Gig directly, (2) Post a Project and receive proposals, or (3) Post a Job and let freelancers apply. Each option suits a different type of work.

How do I become a freelancer?

Register, select the Freelancer role, complete your profile and identity verification, then create your first service. Once approved, you can start receiving orders immediately.

What are Connects?

Connects are credits used by freelancers to submit proposals on projects. Each freelancer starts with a free balance of Connects, and more can be purchased from the dashboard.

What fees does DopaWork charge?

DopaWork charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. The exact fee is shown transparently before any purchase or proposal acceptance. Freelancers see their net earnings clearly on every order.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Request revisions within the agreed limit. If still unsatisfied, open a dispute from your order page. Our support team will review the case and help reach a fair resolution.
